We are committed to providing you with tropical and rare plants of impeccable quality. Each specimen is carefully selected, meticulously prepared, and shipped under optimal conditions to ensure its freshness, vitality, and compliance with our high standards.
Due to the living and fragile nature of our products, our return and refund policy is based on specific rules, established in compliance with current regulations and the constraints inherent in handling perishable plants.
Products excluded from the right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable products, such as live plants.
Therefore, no returns or refunds will be accepted in the following cases:

Change of mind after purchase once the package has been shipped

Wrong choice of product or delivery address

Absence at delivery or package not collected on time

Damage to the product due to negligence after receipt
Claims in case of delivery issues
We do everything possible to ensure that each plant reaches you in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged or non-conforming item, you have 24 hours after receipt to inform us.

Refund time frame and procedures
If the refund is approved, you will be automatically reimbursed on your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that the processing and display of the refund by your bank or credit card company may take some time.
