Shipping & Orders
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the following destinations: European Union, United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
What are the delivery times?
We carefully prepare your order within 24 to 48 business hours, including inspection of the plants and issuing the phytosanitary certificate.
Estimated delivery times by destination:
- United States: 6–12 days
- European Union: 9–15 days
- United Kingdom: 6–13 days
- Canada: 6–13 days
Are customs duties included in the total amount of my order?
Yes, we cover all applicable customs duties and import taxes in the destination countries.
Do you provide a phytosanitary certificate with every plant shipped?
In accordance with current international regulations, all our shipped plants come with an official phytosanitary certificate.
Where can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via email. This number allows you to follow your package until it is delivered.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?

How can I receive an invoice?
The invoice is automatically sent by email after each order.

Due to the live and delicate nature of our products, we do not offer standard returns or exchanges. However, if you encounter any issues upon receipt, please contact us promptly, and we will do our best to provide an appropriate solution.

Yes, we guarantee that your plants are shipped healthy, carefully packaged, and ready to thrive in their new environment.
My plant arrived damaged, what should I do?
We do our utmost to ensure that every plant arrives in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you have 24 hours from receipt to notify us by email at: contact@siamplantes.com
