Delivery and ordering
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the following destinations: European Union, United States, Canada, United Kingdom.
What are the delivery times?
We carefully prepare your order within 24 to 48 working hours, including checking their condition and issuing the phytosanitary certificate.
Destination with estimated delivery times:
United States: 6 to 12 business days
European Union: 9 to 15 working days
United Kingdom: 6 to 13 working days
Canada: 6 to 13 working days
Are customs fees included in the total amount of my order?
Yes, we cover customs fees and import taxes applicable in destination countries.
Do you provide a phytosanitary certificate with each plant shipped?
In accordance with current international regulations, all our shipped plants are accompanied by an official phytosanitary certificate.
Where can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. This number allows you to track your package's progress until delivery.
Can I modify or cancel my order after validation?

My plant arrived damaged, what should I do?
We make every effort to ensure that every plant reaches you in perfect condition.
