Orders are shipped via carriers known for their reliability. The choice of carrier depends on the weight, volume of the order, and destination.

Shipping Fees
Shipping or delivery fees will always be indicated to the Customer before any payment.
Additional fees may apply for certain geographic areas or specific requests.

Customs Duties and Import Fees
We cover customs duties and import taxes applicable in the destination countries.
The price paid at the time of the order is therefore the final price, with no additional fees upon arrival.

This allows our customers to receive their orders with peace of mind, without surprises or extra administrative procedures.

Please note that some customs authorities may still require documents or apply variable processing times. We remain at your disposal if needed.

Phytosanitary Certificate
In accordance with current international regulations, all our shipped plants are accompanied by an official phytosanitary certificate. This document, issued by the competent authorities, certifies that the plants have been inspected, are healthy, and comply with the importing country’s requirements.

This certificate is essential to guarantee the legality of transporting live plants internationally and to avoid any customs hold-ups. It is included in the preparation process of each relevant order.

Order Tracking
Once the order is shipped, a tracking number is sent to you by email. This number allows you to track your package until delivery.

Responsibility and Delays
We strive to meet estimated deadlines, but some delays may occur beyond our control (customs, logistical disruptions, weather events, etc.).
Siamplantes cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or local authorities.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the delivery information provided. In case of return due to an incorrect address or recipient absence, reshipping fees will be charged to the customer.

Specific Shipments – Live Plants
To guarantee optimal shipping conditions, our products are carefully packaged. During periods of extreme weather conditions, shipping adjustments may be implemented to protect the quality of the plants.
