01 — Bare Root
Bare Root Preparation
Soil is removed before packing. Bare root shipping reduces weight, pest risk, and import complications — and is safer for the plant in transit.
02 — Substrate
Sphagnum Moss Wrap
Roots are wrapped in damp sphagnum moss, which retains the ideal level of moisture for the duration of international shipping.
03 — Insulation
Thermal Insulation Layer
An insulating liner inside the box helps buffer temperature fluctuations, protecting your plants throughout transit.
04 — Box
Reinforced Outer Box
A rigid, double-walled carton protects the plant from compression and impact throughout its journey to your door.
Temperature Management

Cold & heat protection

Tropical plants are sensitive to extreme temperatures. We monitor weather conditions at origin and along the shipping route, and take active measures to protect every shipment.

If severe weather is forecast, you will be offered the option to delay your shipment at no cost — ensuring your plant travels in the safest possible conditions.


Insulated Packaging
Every Assurance order is packed with a reflective thermal liner that buffers the plant against temperature swings throughout the entire journey.
